The Mental Health and Well-being in the Workplace course is suitable for anyone who has Line Manager responsibility, who is responsible for staff wellbeing or wants to increase their awareness of Mental Health and wellbeing and how they can influence it in the workplace.

All learners will be issued with a comprehensive Mental Health & Wellbeing in the workplace manual for use during the course and to refer to a later date. The book contains useful resources and signposting information.

Learners will be awarded the Mental Health and Well-being in the Workplace certificate valid for 3 years.

Learners are advised to keep up to date with changes to policies, procedures and new legislation through ongoing CPD.

Learners who achieve this qualification could progress on to the 2-day Mental Health and Well-being in the Workplace.

This qualification is accredited by The First Aid Industry Body (FAIB)

The minimum number of learners to run this course is 8. The maximum is 16. 

The day includes a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities. You will get a youth mental health first aid manual to keep and refer to whenever you need it.
