First Aid Annual Refresher

  • Duration: Half day (3 hours)

Course Summary:

This course is strongly recommended by the Health and Safety Executive to reduce the level of skill fade in candidates that have attended either the First Aid at Work or the Emergency First Aid at Work courses.

In accordance with Appendix 7 H&S (First Aid) Regulations 1981

  • Dealing with the unconscious casualty
  • Recovery positions                                                                       
  • Choking
  • Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation
  • Safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator
  • Shock
  • Wounds / Bleeding

Successful candidates will be awarded the FRFA Annual Refresher First Aid certificate valid for 1 year

This course is accredited by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) in accordance with the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981
